Inner me: Our sleep hygiene has been terrible recently 😪

Me: I mean I kinda want them to win the title for Lebron legacy but
Inner me: it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world if the Heat won.
Me: Right but regardless you have to fucking compete 😤

Me: But I digress, that night started a bad habit of going to bed late
Inner me: and our body always wakes us up by 9 🙇🏾♂️
Me: Yeah what is with that, we’re tired but refuse to sleep 🤦🏾♂️
Inner me: Yeah our programming is definitely defective.
Me: Seriously tho we need to break this habit, its holding us back.
Inner me: Taking away our gains, reducing our energy, sapping our productivity 🥵
Me: Okay so what do we change?
Inner me: No more late nights!
Me: But what about the NBA 😬
Inner me: We’ll watch it in the morning.

Me: I know and the season is almost over so we should get back to a better routine anyway 😪
Inner me: Exactly 👍🏾
Me: We should start reading just before bed and showering within an hour of our bed time as well, I hear it helps.
Inner me: That’s good we will do that, what about scented candles?

Me: What about listening to a soothing podcast to help us drift off to sleep?
